| Membership
Agreement:
This membership agreement is between Credit Management
Resources whose principal address is 227 Bellevue Way NE #532,
Bellevue, WA 98004 and the undersigned (Member's) for the purposes of
enrolling Member into Credit Management Resources and other affiliate
service providers.
Term: The term
of membership shall be for one calendar year from the date of
enrollment.
Purpose: The Member is joining CMR, Inc. for access to all of the
benefits as set forth by Credit Management Resources or the Member Benefits Guide (Service's).
Services: Member acknowledges that Credit Management Resources frequently provides
services to its members to third parties or other
Credit Management Resources affiliates (Service Provider's). That being the case, it may
become necessary for the service offering to change from time to time
as Credit Management Resources and it's providers continually strive to seek out Services that
best meet the needs of members. Many of the Services are offered at no
additional charge to Members once enrollment in Credit Management
Resources is complete. A few
have modest fees to help cover costs or to comply with State and/or
Federal law (example: attorney fee of $5 per deleted or corrected item
per credit report is charged and paid directly to the attorney
performing the service ONLY AFTER MEMBER IS NOTIFIED OF THE RESULTS BY
THE CREDIT BUREAUS).
Membership:
Additional service fees apply with our
optional payment plan.
Individual Memberships: Members shall enroll as a FULL PRIVILEGES
member of Credit Management Resources and its affiliates for a total investment of $995.00
payable at the time of enrollment.
Family Memberships: Married couples shall enroll as FULL PRIVILEGES
members of Credit Management Resources and its affiliates for a total investment of $1,495.00
payable at the time of enrollment.
Liability:
With respect to Services provided by Credit Management Resources affiliates, Service Providers
shall not be liable to any Member for any act
or omission in the performance of Services by Credit Management
Resources or by the affiliate
except when the act by the affiliate is due to willful misconduct or
gross negligence and is the sole cause of the Member's damages. Member
shall hold all Credit Management Resources Service Providers and their affiliates harmless
from any obligations, costs, claims, judgments, attorneys fees, and
attachments arising from or growing out of Services rendered, except
if such Service Provider is adjudged to be guilty of willful
misconduct or gross negligence by a court of competent jurisdiction
and such act or omission is adjudged to be the sole cause of said
Member's damages.
Members may cancel
their membership with Credit Management Resources without penalty or further obligation at
time before midnight of the fifth (5th) business day after the date on
which Member enrolled pursuant to the Membership Agreement in the
Membership Benefits Guide. See the Notice of Cancellation form in your
Member Benefits guide for a complete explanation of this right.
Specific enrollment
forms, and signatures may be required in addition to this agreement
and will be provided by Credit Management Resources or its Service Providers after application
and payment are received. |
